We have used Direct Maintenance on a number of occasions and are always satisfied with the standard of their craftsmanship, competency and the professionalism of the entire company. We recently have had a conservatory built, which was a large construction due to the elevated location of our property; Martin the director project managed the entire works from design stage, through to build - coordinating all relevant craftsmen as necessary and ensuring that we, the client, were fully satisfied with development throughout. The entire team are very friendly, helpful and courteous - going out of their way to try to minimise disruption - this was of particular importance to us as we are pensioners and the team did everything they could to support and reassure us - also making helpful suggestions on finishes. New fascias and guttering, new down pipes, new PVC shed door and window fitted, new shed roof. New bathroom basin taps and bath taps fitted, some carpentry repairs, outside of house painted.
I had a leak in the roof of my bedroom of my bungalow, he came straight out on a Sunday to secure the leak, until he could return once agreed by insurance company, job was done promptly and without any problems. Would definitely use again and recommend.
Martin at Direct Maintenance sorted out a leaking issue with our Bathroom and resolved the problem when other business could not solve the problems.
Martin arrived on time to investigate a leak from the shower into the lounge. After carrying out various tests he found the source of the problem and arranged for workmen to come the next day. Again they arrived on time and completed the work, leaving the bathroom clean and tidy. They made recommendations to assist us in preventing the problem occurring again. In all areas they were polite, professional and efficient. I was so impressed, I intend to use them next year to redecorate my home.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.
