We recently have had a conservatory built, which was a large construction due to the elevated location of our property; Martin the director project managed the entire works from design stage, through to build – coordinating all relevant craftsmen as necessary and ensuring that we, the client, were fully satisfied with development throughout. The entire team are very friendly, helpful and courteous – going out of their way to try to minimise disruption – this was of particular importance to us as we are pensioners and the team did everything they could to support and reassure us – also making helpful suggestions on finishes. Exterior house painting perfect! After Direct Maintenance Contractors did such a great job of my re-rendering, I had them back to paint my house and that too is a triumph!
